Beneteau ANTARES 5.80 O.B.-- This family of small outboard-powered wheelhouse cruisers just keeps on growing. Hot on the heels of the 7.50 HB launched last winter, here comes the Antares 5.80 outboard as a replacement for the 6.20 HB. This range-entry model (alongside the 6.80 HB and 7.50 HB) offers a serious alternative to the Open hull by delivering the greater comfort and accommodation required for year-round enjoyment. Above all… it’s an Antares : With a hull designed by the BENETEAU design team and the overall look created by Sarrazin Design, the Antares 5.80 Outboard offers all the famous Antares features: - a deep, modular cockpit for fishing and cruising - lots of room to move around the boat safely and plenty of grab rails in all the right places - sliding wheelhouse door - extremely seaworthy hull The Outboard propulsion (up to 100 HP) delivers high performance with sharp handling, and makes the boat easy to transport and launch. 1. Outside: safety and functionality The cockpit is simple, but functional: the bench seat has removable sections to create more space and a backrest hinged to allow for lifting the outboard engine. On deck, the port side deck is wider for ease of access. The opening hatch in the wheelhouse roof provides excellent ventilation. 2. Inside: safety and functionality The ergonomic helm station with driver’s seat, instrument panel, compass and sport steering wheel is to starboard. Behind the driver’s seat is a galley area featuring a sink with manual water pump and a small hob. To port, the saloon offers a table and two facing seats. The bow compartment features a double berth and storage space.

FLYER 650 OPEN--.Following on from the Sun Deck and Cabrio versions, here come the all-new Flyer Open models. Simple and fun to drive, these are multipurpose boats equally at home with fishing, water sports and inshore trips. The hulls have been designed by the BENETEAU design team, whilst the exterior style is the work of Pierangelo Andreani. 1. More space and more room to move around: These three Flyer models feature a central console with a wider side deck to port. Cockpit depth is maximised by the use of a folding transom. The Flyer 500 and 550 Open have a capacity of 5 and 6 people respectively, whilst the 650 can take up to 8. 2. Simplicity and functionality: All three of these new trailerable models feature a foredeck area that converts easily into a sunbathing platform. A door in the forward side of the console provides access to the stowage cabin. A cockpit locker provides stowage for equipment. The helm station is ergonomically designed, and features a six-function 12V electrical panel, hydraulic steering and a sport steering wheel. Two bolster-function seats make life comfortable at sea (1 on the Flyer 500 Open). The Flyer 650 also offers a shower and flexible 50-litre tank as standard. 3. Irresistibly sporting lines: The ultra-modern sporting lines of these three models are the work of designer Pierangelo Andreani. The Pearl Grey hull finish adds extra class and eye-appeal to all three boats. All three also feature a carbon-fibre effect instrument panel to enhance their sport boat credentials.
